When not being used, the lid must be locked as well as entrances to the yard. No children are allowed in the hot tub. Use at your own risk.

FAQ's

Is there Parking?

Yes, the house has a drive that can fit up to 4 reasonable sized cars. We have a driveway and a place next to the driveway where we park. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED within the neighborhood and is very limited in town as most homes in town have one or zero useable spaces.

Is there a cleaning service?

Yes! Visitors will be charged for the cleaning service at the end of their stay. If you are staying for an extended period of time and would like for the cleaners to come during your stay that can be arranged.

Is there Internet / Cable T V?

Yes! We have satellite TV with over 100 channels and TVs in almost every room. We also have great wireless internet provided by a local provider fast enough to allow several devices to stream HD video. There is also Netflix set up on the living room TV.

How many people can the home sleep?

Up to 14 adults and children can fit. There are 13 beds (including 2 pull-out trundle beds.) But if only adults, 10 is a much more comfortable number. There are 4 bedrooms. One has a queen, one has a pull-out couch, one has a queen and twin, and the other has a queen and two twins with trundle beds,

Are pets allowed?

No more than 2 domesticated/ trained pets are allowed. The owner is responsible for reimbursing the owner for the full replacement and repairing any damages caused by the pet. Addition deposit and cleaning fee apply.

Whats provided at the house?

Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit, food, and drinks. Everything else is there, towels, linens, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, games, and amazing views!

What is TOT tax and who pays?

It is a Marin County Tax paid by visiter on short term rentals less than 30 days. The tax helps fund projects that help the county as a whole such as public parks, infrastructure, and historical/ environmental preservation.

Is there someone to help if we have questions or needs during our stay?

Yes! The owners live about an hour away and can answer questions about Dillons Beach, The House, and even general travel questions about the Marin and SF. The owners are also there to assist if there are issues with the house. Their contact info will be provided to guests once their reservation is booked.
